Welcome to my dedicated dance and fitness site!

I am a multi-skilled and dynamic Dance Artiste, Peripheral Entertainer, established Fitness Leader and certified ZUMBA Fitness Instructor.

I currently specialise in Aerobics, Aqua Fitness, Dance, Group Cycling, Pilates and ZUMBA Fitness and deliver, on average, 10 - 15 classes a week in the Mansfield and Ashfield area of Nottinghamshire, UK.

In addition, I am an experienced Freestyle Dancer, Stiltwalker and Fire Artiste with vast experience working in bars, clubs and casinos across the UK and in Europe.

I am very proud to have spent the last five years supporting the work of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) with the development of their children's fundraising and fitness initiatives - in particular Jump Rope For Heart and Ultimate Dodgeball - and as a result have visited hundreds of schools in the East Midlands leading "Healthy Hearts" assemblies and practical health and fitness workshops that, not only promote the benefits of leading an active lifestyle, but also generate fundraising opportunities for the charity and the schools involved.

I also lead one day workshops or six week courses for children and young people in Dance and Skipping to enthuse, motivate and develop self esteem! Prices start from as little as £25 an hour.
